The toilet didn’t flush right and we had to call for help/maintenance twice. First gentleman came, he was ok. Second time took FOREVER for someone to show up. When he (different gentleman) did show up, he was not happy!! He made us feel like we were inconveniencing him.

We paid for fireworks view but got put on the second floor. The employee was not helpful in the least. Finally said they could move us the next day and they’d take off the fireworks rate. They didn’t do it.

My AC did not work for 7 days! In July! And they wouldn’t help and the staff was very rude besides the chef for breakfast. I want my money back!

Horrible experience

It was absolutely horrible! My AC didn’t work the entire time. It was 80 degrees in my room at one time in July in Anaheim California. They had to bring me a floor fan to help me. I did not pay that much money for a room for my daughters dance nationals to use a floor fan! They tried to fix the AC at least 3 different times. They would not take dirty towels they would just bring new clean ones. There was garbage constantly everywhere at the hotel. We got stuck in an elevator at one point for 10 minutes when my daughter was supposed to be dancing within 30 minutes!!! And then to finish the 7 day stay I got called down to the front desk at 11:30 pm after I fell asleep with my two babies to give my card for charges to my room that I didn’t even do! And if I didn’t go down I would have been escorted out of my room within 30 minutes!!!! When my room was already paid for!!! Worst service and hotel stay ever!
