We’d seen a review about water coming up through the bathroom floor and were skeptical, but it’s true. Also had trouble with locking/unlocking the room door. Would not stay there again.

This is solidly a 2 or 3 star place to stay. Our room was fairly clean, but smelled like smoke (a non smoking room but yet there were butts on the balcony). Our belongings came home with clear smoke smell. It was mostly quiet, which is surprising given how close to the highway it is, though people were yelling in the middle of the night. The bed was extremely squeaky. Again, it's clean and an attempt has been made to make it look nicer, but it's bare bones. There's washcloths and soap but no hair dryer (for Massachusetts in October, I really wish this had been more clear). Notable things about the location--there is a gas station/truck stop across the street which houses EV chargers, gas pumps, and a diner and there's also a McDonald's in the same parking lot.

Everything in the room(s) felt cheap. I say "room(s)" because the first room I was given had a major plumbing issue with the toilet flushing and draining most of the output on the floor. Front desk staff was very responsive which for the situation was appreciated, finding a new room and ensuring the toilet in the new room worked properly. All in all, paying twice as much in a nicer $400/night room in town seemed more reasonable as the night went on. I had booked for two nights but decided not to come back for my second night - overall, a depressing place to spend the night.

We didn't like that it was noisy all night. Peoplle coming in and being real noisy. people knocking on doors, People yelling and police abd ambulance were there. We were not able to get much sleep. I mentioned it to the desk when I checked out and they didn't say abything

Scrub it down!

While the bed and air conditioner worked well enough, it's never good seeing roaches or finding mysterious gooey residue on counter tops or bed sheets. I also fished out a plastic cap from the sink drain. C'mon, get it together.

Everyone gave us crap about staying in a Motel 6, especially in Chicopee Ma. Actually a great place, near the highland a great diner across the street, very well lighted parking lot and we weren’t raped and pillaged like our family predicted..
