Didn’t like closet toilet, shower head doesn’t allow for quick shower and avoid getting hair wet and no shower cap provided. Room Card didn’t work in elevator and receptionist thought it was our fault, later that elevator was out of service. Bedding sets super hot! Terrible sleep experience.

Staffing seemed to be an issue in the food court especially at the noodle house. We did arrive close to closing but it took over a half hour for our food...the real issue I had was the venue cutting short the show we saw by a half hour. We didn't know about this until after the show but there was to be a 2 hour set...ended up being a 90 min show that still was great...casino policy I suppose. Still blows.

Tried to get an early check in since we were staying at the hotel because of a surgery on Thursday and follow up on Friday. The woman on the phone told me I would have to go to the property in order to see if a room was available. No t convenient since I was waiting for my husband to get out of surgery

Loved that it is non smoking! Place was very nice and rooms in hotel had high quality beds and pillows. bathroom clean with nice walk in shower with rain shower head. However, I gave it four stars because the food court food was not very good, I asked if the lobster bisque was creamy thick or thin. Was told yes it creamy. However It was thin and tasteless. Lastly, I was disappointed that there is no sit down breakfast restaurant in the casino or surrounding neighborhood. I Was told closest by the hotel desk staff there was one was 10 minutes away.
