There was hair on the floor in the bathroom. I requested the highest floor but could not be accommodated. The room was noisy from the occupants on the floor above me. There was no coffee one morning & no juice either!

A bit out dated but nice area for fireplace during winter overlooking the pool. Rugs need to go in the hallways, they are UGLY! Service was friendly, the rooms are equiped with utensils, fridge, microwave etc and spacious. Hot tub and grills. Recommend

Everything was clean and quiet. Location was excellent, area is beautiful and the staff was very nice. Room was very clean and there is a shopping area close by which made it convenient. Do recommend.

Clean and spacious one bedroom suite with well stocked kitchen. Large indoor pool and outdoor year round Jacuzzi are wonderful. Also very affordable. Second time staying here and will stay here again.

We like this hotel. Large rooms with good amenities and great location. The hotel shows it's age. Very clean but a little peeling paint and such. One of the people at the reception will need to improve a little. We were told that he os new so hopefully he will learn how to be more welcoming and smile at the guests.

This is a true apartment with a separate bedroom , and a fully applianced kitchen complete with all the plates, glass, cookware, utensils, etc. you would need. Modern everything with granite counters. The room, and by the looks of it the whole place, is very clean and welcoming. They even have a gather room with a huge TV and a bunch of CDs (I'm sure you can bring your own) for "movie night" . The location, between downtown Pittsfleld and Lenox is perfect, as is the proximity to great shopping centers, restaurants and Guidos. (If you don't know what that is.... check it out!). The place is tucked up a hill just off the highway, with very nice grounds, cookout grills, Adirondack chairs, and very quiet. My only criticism is that perhaps they could allow access to streaming services on you room TVs (two!) and maybe the great room. I travel a lot. Some hotels have that - you just log in using your own accounts. The staff are very nice and helpful. Complimentary juice and coffee/tea in the lobby is nice too.
