First time staying here! It was a blast! Pool and hot tub were clean and great temperatures. Staff were kind and helpful. Very pleasant views of the surrounding landscape. Will visit again.

check out time is important

Was nice stay, except check out. We went to breakfast and it was busy and slow. My husband went up to get our things while I paid for breakfast. But I was paged at 11am which is checkout because the maid had checked the room and we hadnt left. When I explained to the guy he wasn’t very friendly of the 5 mins late checking out, saying they we’re booked last night and this night also. So we needed to be out as 11 was checkout.

Terrible cigarrette smell.througout hotel.

Smoking casino section ventilation is broken and the entire hotel smelled of smoke. We stayed in the north tower, far away from the casino, and it still smelled. I reserved there specifically because i had staryed there below and the smoking ventilation was excellent. They should have warned people before hand.

Fantastic couples getaway

Absolutely loved the room. Great shampoo/conditioner, I loved it so much that i bought same stuff to take home. Great amenities: gym, swimming pool and hot tub.

Any staff we interacted with were very friendly and happy. Especially the cafe…. The food was large portions and amazing!!! Best steak burger , I normally don’t make sounds when I eat but it was so good…. Love that while you gamble there’s free coffee and Pepsi products! Machines were friendly too 😉. Definitely will stay again
