Property is old, and definitely needs a renovation. Pros beds are comfortable, and its in a great location to Wal-Mart, Target, Home Sense, Olive Garden, trader joes and a mall. Location is 5 ☆ Howverr the hotel is old, our room was patched, Old carpets not like in picture and breakfast was not like in pictured. It consisted of toast, oatmeal packs, bananas, 2 kinds of cereal, eggo waffles and premade breakfast sandwiches. Would of been nice if had real cream for coffee. Overnighr staff was great, and safe neighnourhood. 3.5 stars for me

This hotel was just OK. It was clean and we're had no problems or issues but it was somewhat run down in the halls. It does the job without any frills.

While staff was lovely, the room needed deep cleaning and patched walls need painting. Mechanically, everything was fine, but corners of walls and floors were filthy. We were there 3 nights, never had room cleaned and didn't get fresh towels.

Very dirty bathroom

Walls had peeling paint and drywall patches that were not painted, mold on the bathroom ceiling, mold and fuzz and dirt on the baseboards and in the corners of the bathroom floor and not just a little bit. Do not spend the money here.

The bathroom floor was dirty and appeared unclean. We ask for a housekeeping visit for the next day, they said ok, and no one ever came that day.

Clean and tidy

Overall, the stay was very nice. This is an older Hotel but they keep things very tidy and clean. No smells/etc noticed. The entire hotel is non-smoking, so that definitely helps. Nice choices in their complimentary Continental Breakfast, too. :-)

Pluses...The property had ample parking, and the room had a nice TV and well made bed. Minus...The property was run down and not well maintained. Seemed that there had been holes in the hall walls that had been patched and not painted, and corners of walls were knocked off and not repaired. In the room a covering had been removed from the tub/shower and the brown outline was still in the tub. Needless to say, we didn't use the shower. Check-in and check-out were done online. The desk help, on check in, was short and preoccupied. Checking out, was just laying keys on the counter and a thank you. No receipt. Said we would get it online.
