Really kind, helpful staff. I didn’t rent a car, but between the shuttle and walking I was able to get around. Having a lap pool was great and I was able to rent snorkeling gear at a place a 5 minute walk from the hotel. I went to the food truck (3 nights in a row) just a three minute walk away. A very relaxing stay.

Honestly, one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had! The amenities and service for the price point were outstanding. Every service member we encountered was helpful, kind, enthusiastic, and helpful. The staff was always very accommodating, the room was clean and spacious, and the view from the pool was great. Wonderful location, both in Kihei and also on the island as you have easy access to the north, east or west of the island. The hotel is directly across the street from the beach and has two grocery stores within walking distance. I would 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again if I return.

We visit Maui every year for our Thanksgiving tradition, and this was our second year in a row staying at the Maui Coast Hotel. The Kai Tower rooms are absolutely the way to go spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. This year, our room on the 5th floor had a stunning panoramic view of both Haleakalā and the ocean and watching the sunsets from our room every evening was truly unforgettable. One small downside this year was the new parking fee that began in September. I do feel they should’ve honored reservations made before the change and offered complimentary parking, as the charge was unexpected. Still, it’s not a deal breaker by any means. Everything else about the stay was top-notch. The staff, amenities, and overall customer service were exceptional. It’s also a fantastic choice for families very kid-friendly and welcoming. We’re already looking forward to staying again next year!
