The room was perfect, and clean. Location was great, however I didn't appreciate being hit with a further 550 dollars in hidden charges upon my arrival. I would have appreciated the transparency while booking the trip so I could take it into consideration. That being said I would return to this hotel. everything else was great.

Everything met and often exceeded our expectations. We were the new Kai Tower building and it was immaculate. The ocean view room included Molokini Crater where we snorkeled. Very special memory. Different bands played at pool side 6-9 each evening. Good tunes. It was helpful having a free washer/dryer on each floor. Finally, the on site Kihei Caffe was so tasty and convenient. All of the staff are very helpful.

Rooms are immaculate, clean , comfortable and well positioned to everything! The Hospitality area that they provide on your check out is a touch of class and convenience. The staff at the Pool Bar - Junior and Tyler , are exceptional at customer service and making guests feel at home

A wonderful experience. We received a room upgrade upon arrival which was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was well maintained. The gym was very good with a wide variety of equipment as well.

The hotel was so nice, with great pools and amenities. At the end, there is a hospitality room for guests to shower and change before flights, which was essential, as check out was at 11am and we didn't leave until 11pm.
