There is no a/c. Which isn’t a huge deal as you can open the windows and get a cool ocean breeze going. The only problem was at night. When you’re in the bedroom with the window open you can hear other guests talking or walking through the corridor. So at times it could be a little noisy. It is a beautiful property with a nice pool and an ocean view. We would stay here again.

Room was sticky had to wipe things down . Shower leaked through the wall and soaked the carpet in the next room. The dish washer was not secured so it tiped over when ever it was opened . The washer and dryer were not level so the load was out of balance andnthe door would not stay open to load the dryer.

The place was great! Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the location. The only issue is there is a certifiable crazy lady that lives there on the 4th floor that will harass you. It's almost guaranteed. She even has a loud speaker to bother guests on a regularly basic. This has been an ongoing issue for years. My advice, if you go just ignore her she is nuts and looking for attention.

Great check in process, especially with after hours check in. Safe and clean! There was a permanent resident that was loud at times but did not bother us at all. One thing to note is there is no air conditioning. We visited in January so there were no issues when we left the windows open and fans on it was a great breeze but definitely something to note depending on the time of year you visit. 10/10 recommend and will stay here again!

Our place was nice, and the pool area/grounds were very lovely! We loved the main floor suite with direct access to the pool, as well as the little “backyard/patio”.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The grounds were beautiful and very well kept. The pool was pristine. Being right across the street from the beach was perfect for our morning beach strolls. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Try to stay away from Building “C”, The lady who lives on fourth floor is rude, loud, obnoxious, yelling at random guest arriving late hours from international flights while other guest suffer from lack of consideration for other guest. She is always recording guest with children which is creepy & has pedo vibes which would be unsafe for minors. Staff was nice & again the lady isn’t the kind of vibes you’d want on Maui vacation. Be aware.

The rooms were clean and spacious and had all the basics that we needed. We found the beds and furniture comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the location was very convenient for our needs. That being said, the no AC situation proved to be problematic for a number of reasons all of which boil down to noise.
