Being a corner unit, this condo has an extra lanai so all rooms have outside access. The Polo Beach Club is situated on popular Polo Beach, famous for snorkeling and gorgeous sunset views. It is also located in the resort community of Wailea, offering world-class dining and shopping options all nearby at the different resorts and at The Shops at Wailea. The property has an ocean front swimming pool and a hot tub, perfect for soaking up the sun or relaxing after a long day at the beach. There are also communal BBQ grills on-site and an herb garden to enjoy.

Upon arrival, you’ll find a white and blue parking pass in the unit for your vehicle. If you have a second vehicle, please stop by the AOAO office on-site for further instructions on where to park, as availability may vary depending on occupancy levels. Failure to park in designated areas may result in fines and towing.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Beginning April 15, 2026, a neighboring residence will be undergoing a remodel. In addition, the property will be completing an exterior power washing and painting. Noise levels are difficult to predict, however, there may be intermittent daytime disturbance

Excellent unit. Very clean and ready for check in earlier than anticipated. Beautiful views. Loved chips, chocolate and coffee left for us.We were a bit disappointed in the equipment and related noise that was both in front of and next to our unit. They were painting and at times, workers were right outside our 3rd floor window. We would have appreciated knowing about this work when we booked the unit.We also would have loved some basic staples in the unit like salt and pepper, oil, aluminum foil, etc. We have stayed at polo beach before and I’m sure we will be back again.

I absolutely loved staying at this Maui condo. The unit was shining clean, beautifully maintained, and instantly felt relaxing the moment I walked in.One of my favorite things about it was the privacy. The design of the condo made it feel completely secluded, so I could move around comfortably without feeling like anyone could look in. That made the stay feel especially peaceful and luxurious.The ocean view was spectacular and made every morning and evening feel special. Access was also incredibly easy—the check-in process was smooth, the room entry was simple, and using the codes for the pool and beach gate was quick and convenient. Everything felt very safe, secure, and well organized.The location was another huge plus. It’s within easy walking distance of several great restaurants and has direct access to the beautiful walking and jogging trail along the ocean, which I absolutely loved.The kitchen had everything I needed and was fully stocked with excellent appliances, making it easy to enjoy meals in when I wanted to relax at the condo.Overall, this was the perfect place to unwind in Maui. Comfortable, private, convenient, and beautifully located—I would absolutely stay here again.

The unit was nicely equipped for our stay and the whole property is kept immaculate. The location is ideal, we could hear the ocean crashing on the beach as we fell asleep and we walked the path up past the resorts to the north. We borrowed beach umbrellas from the property manager and the unit had chairs and towels for sitting on the beach.

Wonderful, spacious condo that was exceptionally clean, comfortable, organized and well stocked. The very well-kept, private, and secure property is in a fantastic beach-front location on the quieter end of Wailea with the Fairmont Grand next door. Highly recommend!

Excellent, newly renovated condo on the beach!

This condo is newly refurbished and has everything you could need! There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Tile throughout is so nice in a tropical area. CB were an excellent management company and were super responsive. We really appreciated the amenities, snacks, and coffee they provided!! They also made sure there was clothes and dishwasher detergent, salt pepper, olive oil, coffee filters, cleaning supplies. Beach chairs and umbrella were great to have! We would definitely stay again! To note: the roosters that are all over Maui start crowing at 3:00am and are loud in the back bedroom.We turned up the fan and used a white noise machine,so we were fine.

Wonderful Wailea location and property

This condo at Polo Beach Club was perfect for our familiar. Quiet and relaxed with attend our beach and facilities. You get to avoid all of the hustle and noise of the bigger resorts while be close to all that Wailea has to offer. The unit was nicely updated and comfortable. The unit could use some more furniture, but the fun is all outside so not a big deal. The only downside is that there was construction in a unit above us that was very loud for 2 of the days.
