I didnt stay room was totally unacceptable dingy ,dirty and extremely small, was a king bed jammed into a room obviously for a queen bed, bathroom smelled moldie was totally disappointed nothing like the advertisement..especially for the cost, i knew i was in trouble when i went into the check in area and it was filthy..booked a room somewhere else.wastebof my time

We had to leave early 1:30 pm on Saturday due to an emergency and they wouldn’t refund the amount for Saturday night. A better brand of hotel I’m sure would have. We won’t use Travelodge again.

We booked through you and because we booked through you, we were not qualified to use the hot tub, they told us it would cost us extra. The pool was not up and running. The towels did not look clean. We will definitely not recommend that place or stay there again. Very disappointed.

ALL ABOUT RULES ,NO EXCEPTIONS even for bread???

Staff refused to allow me to take breakfast (which by the way was only bread and muffin) to the room for my parents (old enough), in spite of me explaining the situation that parents were old and tired after a long overnight night travel and just wouldn’t be able to make it to the breakfast place by closing time of 10:00 AM when we just checked in at 9:30 AM. He refused to make any exception and was very firm on how guests should be following their rules and their comments were we have disabled folks coming here for breakfast why not you. I had no words, shows they probably don’t have any exception or consideration even to them.
I finally gave up with frustration and irritation given I spent significant amount of time trying to convince them, the owner finally came back and offered me to take the bread to room. It was even more frustrating that if they were to make exceptions why did they have to make a guest go thru such a pain to request an exception, this led to arguments and unpleasant conversations that I ended up checking out.
Would never go back….

It is okay for the price but we had room cards that were not working properly. They charged me at check in for room then realized they weren't suppose to so they credited it back.
