The property was nice. Location to the casino is great. Location to the falls is good. Just down the street is the hood in pretty much every direction.

Checked into the room. There was construction. Which staff did not advice if. The whole entire time trying to rest noisy construction in room below or above us. Loud hammering, sawing, banging. Very disconcerting. I called front desk and all they said was they were having room constructions. We check out 3 hours later...couldn't take the loud atmosphere. Making us feel valued less of. Spending money on a room that we could not enjoy. While/also a 200 dollar hold. That we knew nothing about until we checked in. Hopefully, they will release my 200 hold soon

Great Place to Stay in Niagara

I always enjoy staying here. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. The entryway is welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable and ill always stay here when I'm in the area. Also, the proximity to the falls is a real plus!

Poor communications from staff, pre arrival. They switched up my reservation, with near toal indifference. The room had broken equipment. And the entire facility was over run with unsupervised children playing in the halls right up to midnight both days. Security staff were less than enguaged in corrective actions. Will NOT stay at this loaction again. In you want to stay in a kindergarten play ground, this will be for you.

Great pool, good hotel

Overall the stay was good. The pool is very nice. There are 2 hot tubs and neither were hot. The carpets in the room and hallway should be replaced. The toilet and shower could use some maintenance. The shower would be hot and get cold and the toilet would barely flush. The staff were friendly and helpful. This was out of the hotels control, but there were bus loads of hockey players and their families. The parents were tailgating in the hallways and the boys were wild. 2 young boys were fighting in the hall, parents no where to be found.

Worst stay ever

Got here in evening and noticed alot of kids, lady at front desk was awesome, she said if we had any problems with kids she would have security come help, first red flag security with guns at a hotel, i thought that was strange but continued to check in. Went upstairs to room and it was nice and big, bathroom was extremely small for a hotel. We came here for a weekend getaway and hot tub use, got myself ready and went down at 7:15 both hot tubs full of kids and parents, noticed a sign that said adult only from 9pm to 11pm. I come back at 9:05 to find the tub full of kid's still any way hotel did help with that but i had to have help bout 5 times in the lil time, kids were jumping and flipping in tubs parents were drinking and not helping the situation finally about 10:20 i got to have tub without kids in it, how ever kids were still screaming and running around till 11 at night in pool area. I thought that would be it until we came out and parents were drinking in halls andnkids were running around and basically doing same thing they're doing in pool area, so i tried to ignore it and go to sleep. Next morning its adults time again from 7am to 9 am and well after being woke up at 6 from a bad mother on the 3rd floor who shouldn't have custody of her kid at all i decided to head down before kids came into area for some peace of mind, hot tub was cold hotel said they turn water heat down well it was warm by 830a.m almost over and then a mouse pops out to bath with us. Checked

The location and the restaurant Torrent, and the casino was the only positive thing for the hotel stay. I understand they are under construction however their staff was not very friendly nor spoke English. I was in the hottub area and there was a mouse that ran along the rim. I told personnel their didnt understand 😔. Our room had tiolet flushing issues. Multiple times a day a d night kids were running the halls, security was called a number of times.
