Never booking with Expedia again. The property was wonderful and the hotel itself was clean and well maintained. This is the second time Expedia has ruined the check-in process by not confirming the booking with the establishment.

I love the rooms, but was disappointed because I booked with view to the Niagara Falls and didn’t get a room with a view. We were also disappointed of the long waiting to be served at the Italian restaurant.
