Not a good property. They didn’t have toiletries in the room. They didn’t have water in the room. When I asked , they said we are out of it. Maybe we book from third party app at lesser price ( 175) maybe that’s why they were treating inferior. Only good thing is parking and Niagara is 3 mins walk from hotel.

We love this hotel and it’s very family friendly. We always stay at the King suite and have enough space for us and our child. They also have a kitchen with a refrigerator and the microwave as well as a dining area with a big dining table. That really helps when you have a family. We stayed at room 306 and the only complaint I have is that the shower does not drain well.

I regret booking my trip in this hotel. The parking is a serious problem here. You need to go to nearby shady building to park your car. There are no views from the room. Very unfriendliness staffs

Had a late check in I even called ahead. However when I arrived after driving long hours I was placed into a room that I didn’t pay for. I paid for a king room on the top floor. Instead got placed into a double queen room on the second. Had to go to the front desk again to correct the issue I was then informed I would have to be placed into a room on the 5th floor facing the parking garage as they didn’t have any other rooms. When I got to the room the toilet hadn’t been flushed. There was mold in the shower by the glass rail. The only good thing about this place is it’s extremely close to the falls. However everything else about it I wouldn’t recommend. Not worth the $450 I paid to stay here

The property is in a good location and the staff very nice. We have been staying at this property for our visits over the past 5 years. The only disappointment was that they no longer include a free breakfast with your stay. It now costs 11.00 per person.
