The lobby staff and housekeeping staff are exceptional when it comes to customer service. I loved my quiet room but could have used more lighting in the room. The room was a nice size but appeared to be void of an easy chair. This is an excellent hotel for its location and customer service.

The property was clear in a great location. Withing walking distance of a lot of great food and atrocious the shopping was close as well. The elevator only having two for guests is not great had to wait multiple time because it was to full going up and down. Bathroom is small but functional. There heating and ac system only works on or the other depending on the weather. So it was unreasonable temps when we where there so the temp in the room was not comfortable.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. The corridors and our room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was unbearable. The room itself was not clean — the carpet was stained, and the bathroom door was damaged. There was no assistance with luggage when we arrived, which was frustrating, especially as I was with my family. While the staff were friendly, the overall customer service was poor and unhelpful. One of the most frustrating parts was when I requested a late check-out due to a late evening flight — just 4 extra hours and they charged $100, which I found excessive and unreasonable. It felt like everything was about squeezing more money from guests rather than providing a good experience. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its fantastic location in the heart of the city — very convenient for sightseeing. Unfortunately, that alone doesn’t make up for the many issues we faced. I would not stay here again.

From the moment I was shown to my room, there was a problem. 5 PM - The blind wasn't functioning. Called housekeeping, maintenance and front desk. I was assured someone would be sent up. 10:45 PM - any maintenance man. Room smelled strongly of mildew. I was moved to another room three days later. That room has electrical outlets that don't work and shower curtain also smelled of mildew. This is not a 4-star hotel at all.
