Room was so dusty and flooring dirty. Asked for help with tub closer but no one ever showed to help. Housekeeping walked in , after room was cleaned, while my son was in there and didn’t knock and was rude. Have stayed at much better places. Shame because location is great.

I was stuck here during the blizzard of ‘26. It was fine. The room was hot but the window opened. Being unable to manage the temperature in early menopause is my only complaint. Brooklyn Diner was open and the food was great as well as the bloody Mary!

The location was fantastic, really convenient with Central Park, Broadway, and other entertainment just nearby. The room was spotless, and housekeeping did a wonderful job taking care of our space every day. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at the Park Central Hotel.
