The hotel was excellent—clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were comfortable with great amenities. Its location was perfect, just a short walk to Broadway and Times Square, making it ideal for sightseeing and entertainment. Highly recommend for a convenient and enjoyable stay!

A hotel you want to spend time in.

citizenM is an amazing hotel, probably my favorite in Manhattan (I've stayed at the one in Times Square and the one in the Bowery). The rooms have everything I need, they're comfortable, clean, and stylish. The lobby is attractive -- such a great vibe. And the staff are friendly, outgoing, and supportive. I'd choose to stay here for every trip to the city. The citizenM in Times Square is perfectly located for theatre I saw three plays and could walk to each of them in 10 minutes or less. It's near multiple subway lines, so it was also just 15 minutes to Penn Station, 20 minutes to Union Square Park, 25 minutes to NYU -- super convenient.

We loved this hotel! Very convenient central location, very close to subways, times square, broadway and rockefeller/5th ave. The room is pretty small (only for 2 people) but its just the right size if you’re not planning on spending the whole trip in the hotel room! It was high tech, clean, and had a big beautiful window. It was very quiet as well, no loud city noises that we could hear. The lobby had great amenities, staff was friendly and we really loved the 24 hour access to filtered water and a microwave. We would definitely stay again!
