Trip to NYC with my daughter for one night. We had a toilet that would not flush, the handle was broken, and a shower that produced warm water that you could not shower in.

Everything looked very clean, except for a hair found on the top of my comforter and the carpet looked old. Other than those two things, the stay was excellent. Perfect location in Times Square; close to everywhere we wanted to go. There's also a lovely Italian restaurant connected to the hotel.

Got what I paid for. Comfy bed in a double room that had a fridge and cooker. Shower was handy enough for me even with my 6'3 144kg frame. Best part of this place is how central it is to everything you would want to see.

We arrived a few hours early and expected to wait, but they were still able to check us in an hour ahead of time and even upgraded our room, which was a very nice surprise. The front desk staff was friendly, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The only issue was that it felt a bit cold when we first walked in, but by the time we returned from our show, it had warmed up nicely. Overall, for the price and location, this was a great deal. I would definitely stay here again.

A hidden gem around the corner from Radio City Music Hall and Rockefeller Center, just blocks from Times Square. Super clean, very quiet (I stayed on a Tuesday), and roomy high-ceilinged penthouse studio with kitchenette (small 4-burner gas range, 3/4 refrigerator/freezer, pots/pans, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, and mugs). Very comfortable king bed, large full bathroom with tub. Small open closet with hangers and in-room safe. Chest of drawers for clothing (no luggage rack). Small table and chairs for two. Furniture/rug a little dated, but overall I found it charming. Hotel staff was gracious upon check-in and check-out; I was able to check my luggage and go to breakfast with colleagues after checkout so that I didn't have to drag it with me to the restaurant. Great for families, couples, or solo travelers. Recommend!
