We had a fantastic stay at The Artezen, it was the perfect base for exploring New York with the subway close by, and within walking distance of Brooklyn Bridge and Wall St. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent stay, and were always friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, cosy and quiet.

Street noise was ridiculous; desk man checking me in siad "all rooms are sound proof. You'll have no problem." it was completely untrue. We immediately requested a higher floor. The staff could not accommodate until our third night, then only moved us to floor 5. Noise was still terrible.

Great hotel, great location.

Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed and the location offers great dining choices and the subway is at your doorstep. Room was quiet and size was adequate despite being in Manhattan.

The room was huge and the staff was very welcoming. Jose always held the door open for us and always arranged our transportation around the city which was super helpful! The rooftop bar Hide was amazing! Great vibes, drinks and food!

Friendly staff. Nice rooftop bar/restaurant (highly recommend the Hide salad if you're looking for a light bite). Although the rooms are large by NYC standards, the bathroom was VERY small, even by NYC standards. I would rather a larger bathroom for a smaller living space, and in this space, one certainly could have sacrified some space from the large desk area in lieu of a larger bathroom. It was also not up to my (exceptionally high) standards for cleanilness.
