Loved our stay, the closeness to time square; having the hotel help us celebrate our son’s birthday by having balloons in our hotel room. Only downfall to our stay was being woken up at 6:20 to the fire alarm blaring and 4 times after that; not having to evacuate tho was a plus!

The staff were fantastic across the board. I can’t recall ever experiencing the same 100% positive feedback towards every staff member. The property is excellent and great value as well, but the staff were just across the board exceptional. Thanks so much for making our family stay so enjoyable.

Five night stay in a city view room on the 30th floor. Room was clean and spacious but sleeping conditions were not good, with noticeable noise from the AC and both light and sound disturbance from the street, even on 30th floor. I'm not a light sleeper but I had to use earplugs and an eye mask, so if you're a light sleeper beware! Also, be prepared for long waits for the elevators, especially around breakfast time and in the evening, with 5+ minutes wait not uncommon. Overall, a solid stay, but a few comfort issues to be aware of.

The staff at this property was noteworthy for their excellence! Everyone we met was friendly, and they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They were super accommodating of my daughter's service dog, and the gentleman who checked our bags was exceptional. I highly reccomend this property!

I will definitely be back ! From the front desk all the way to check out I had a wonderful experience. When I came back from my walk around Times Square I was created with a hello, how are you ? Do you need anything? I could not believe how kind the staff was ! This will be my got to when I visit the Theater district in NYC! Thank you everyone at Hampton ! From Nayeli at the front desk who was a sweet young lady to the manager who greeted me at the end of the day!!

1st time in NYC. Very convenient location to Times Square and even Hell’s Kitchen area where we saw an off Broadway musical. Bryant park is also a fairly short walk away. Eddie at the front desk checkin was super helpful as was another gentleman (looked more like security—he had a beard) upon check out. It’s a very crowded hotel so elevator wait time can be challenging especially to get your stuff down on a luggage cart at check out. Hallways are narrow. Rooms are small but decent—a/c worked great but leaked a little on the floor—it was hot and humid (like we brought the South with us!) but the a/c was a nice reprieve! Breakfast was great to have in the morning ha. It was. Rowdies but we never really had trouble finding a table. Overall fine for our 3 days but with 4 people in a small room with all our stuff I probably would’ve been miserable if we stayed a week😂

Exceptional customer service. Great breakfast included options. Location prime to time square and short walk to other attractions. Subway on the corner. Very convenient and will add to hotels to stay at for next time!
