No complaints. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I used valet parking but loved the free chauffeur service offered. The food was top notch and I loved the spa service, pool & cabana! The room was clean, spacious and elegant with a beautiful view of the city. The rainfall shower & soaking tub were very soothing, the heated toilet seat and fine chocolates were the cherry on top!

Great hotel if only they didn’t have the alarm all over the hotel and every rooms the entire morning on a sunday. Alarms went off several time in the morning and woke us up. Being jet lag that wasn’t cool!!!
