The hotel televisions did not work! The receptionist said she didn’t know when it would be restored. According to the tv screen it looks like there was no service since Dec 12! Really??? They should have informed me before I checked in….I would have stayed at a nearby hotel for less. Very disappointing!

When we checked in, the lady was very rude. Hotel is very old. Room was small and smelled. TV broke our 2nd day and never fixed even when we notified staff. Do not recommend.

Fantastic stay. The room was clean and comfortable, great for what we needed. The grab and go breakfast was perfect for busy days in New York. Would highly recommend!
