Upon check in even though we paid in full they charge an extra $22 per day. For what? I don’t know what for. The hotel is stripped down, not even tissues in the room. When I asked for a box they offered me a roll of toilet paper. The location is excellent for walking to Broadway shows but it is a place to sleep, no extras.

My room was very close to the elevator which has been a noisy adventure at other hotels, but my room was absolutely quiet, which was great for sleeping.

Foul sewage smell at the lobby but the building is clean and tidy. Building is small by any standard but especially in a city like New York but the rooms are really just for sleeping. If you plan on spending your time out and about then it will suffice. If you want to entertain "guest" might want to consider a larger room or a different hotel. This is really just a sleep quarters hotel. Decent atmosphere

The hotel itself is pretty decent. It is clean, but the door was a little gross. It’s located in a convenient location and the view is nice. However, the room service cleaners came at 9:20 (check out is at 12) and banged on my door, waking me up. I told them the room is occupied. They knocked again 2 more times about 15-20 minutes apart, and even opened the door when I was naked. Luckily, I had the lock on it, but they still could have seen something. Mind you, I had a show on and was obviously in the room when they knocked consecutively.
