Upon check in even though we paid in full they charge an extra $22 per day. For what? I don’t know what for. The hotel is stripped down, not even tissues in the room. When I asked for a box they offered me a roll of toilet paper. The location is excellent for walking to Broadway shows but it is a place to sleep, no extras.

The elevator situation is absolutely ridiculous. You cant get to your floor or downstairs without going to the lobby and taking a different elevator. That isnt a huge issue but you must use your card to get to your floor and the floor will light up and then mysteriously its not lit up. There's always so much traffic going in and out of those elevators that half the time you can't swipe the card and push the button in enough time.. so you end up having to ride along the rest of the floors until it can go back down. The elevators are so crowded that even getting to the one pad that you swipe at is impossible half the time. Everything else was fine and rooms were clean.

The hotel itself is quiet and clean. It's also within walking distance of a lot of shops and Times Square so it's perfect for a place to lay your head at night while you enjoy the city.

Very close to the bus station so this the outside was very dirty sadly been in camping for homeless folks but there were guards at the doors to get up to the lobby of the hotel
