Room was very tiny BUT had everything I needed 4 a great stay. Location was super .. walking distance to everything I came to see.. Times Square, Broadway theaters, Rockefeller Center, Radio City and more. Hotel was clean and perfect 4 someone visiting New York to enjoy New York. I felt very safe; the staff was very helpful and the conserige scheduled my return ride to the airport 4 half what I paid to get there. Happy Hour with Victor serving up fine cocktails and big smiles was a super way to end each great day! I’ll be back!!

The room is clean with a double bed, but no amenities. No coffee, water, or anything else. It's comfortable with a great location. Just the basics but perfectly acceptable.

Loved the Pod! If you are okay with small spaces, heights and just want a modern and efficient stay than the pod is for you! We stay for the New York Marathon and enjoyed the hotel and experience greatly! The hotels decor is so nice, and the room had such an amazing view of manhattan! The location was perfect for NYC and we were right by the subway for quick travels. Local restaurant options were excellent, and the staff was helpful and friendly throughout our stay!

The room was super clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. For the bunk bed rooms, space is extremely limited, but we only had limited times in the room. They offered a seating area in the lobby if you had some downtime. Elevator only allows access to your own floor, for increased safety. The POD location was in walking distance to Times Square, but we wish it was closer to more subway access. We would stay there again. We had a great trip.

I personally enjoyed staying here. The location is perfect if you are seeking for accessibility to the time square area. Bus station and subways are close by. Front desk was very friendly upon our arrival. We stayed on the 19th floor, and our view was the “perfect” view of NYC. We didn’t have have any noise complaints. The hotel was pretty clean, which included complementary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and blow drier. No iron was available. If you are looking for a spacious place, this is not the place (the name Pod Hotel says it all). However; for my husband and I it was perfect. For a solo trip the space is enough. Overall, I would stay here again.
