I’ve stayed here once before, many years ago. Great location. Lovely clean room. I was pleasantly surprised at the breakfast ($) in the lobby. No need to hunt for something. Loved the walk in shower and the bed was very comfortable . I highly recommend and I will be back.

On entering property the bellman made no effort to assist with luggage. There was no water provided in rooms, a carafe was provided and you had to go on next floor to get water. Air conditioning system was loud. The room was a good size and bed was fairly comfortable although pillows had odd smell. Would not stay again.

While I wasn't able to check in early, the staff were great with holding my bags and the lobby was a lovely space to take calls and manage emails. I ended up getting my request for a room on a higher floor, and it was so spacious! I'm hoping for a good sleep tonight!

Overall nice stay

Staff were friendly, especially our housekeeping person Ella. Hotel was in a convenient spot. (We either walked or took a cab and explored most of Manhattan.) AC is really loud and smells musty. The toilet ran on and off and smelled a bit like sewage when you were close to it. Shower pressure was great! But if you ran it full force, the tub would fill up. The hubs would stay again, I would not, mostly because of the AC unit. Earplugs helped, but I don’t want to have to sleep with earplugs.
