I already paid Expedia at the time that I booked online, but the hotel hold my cc for the night stay and additional $100 hold. I have to spend my valuable time to straight it out with Expedia and hotel. And no heating in the room while outside is 24F, they said will send engineer to look at it, but still no heat after we returned from outside, and have to check with them what’s wrong, the front desk people said they have to check with engineering dept. and we have to request to change room!

Excellent Hotel - perfect if bar stayed open later
A quick first-time 2 day stay for biz. Loved everything about the hotel but have one complaint/suggestion. The upstairs bar was closed one night for a private event and the downstairs bar closed at 10:00. It would be better if the downstairs bar stayed open til say 12:00 when the upstairs bar is unavailable. That way guests coming back from a show could have a nightcap before bed.
