I book here every year and usually a year in advance and I have learned that booking a year in advance isn’t good as they will over charge you for your stay. The prices dropped and they didn’t price match. I risked losing my room in order to get a better rate. This hotel used to be more affordable when booking early but I have lost all faith. I probably won’t book here through Expedia ever again. Overall the hotel is nice and their staff if very nice! We usually get the same room and it’s never really updated so I can’t give them 5 stars for cleanliness but the overall hotel is beautiful and once again their staff is great

Felt the AC settings required a computer degree (I just wanted hotter/colder options) not time settings for heat and cold Wake/Home/Away/Sleep - had to set each one!!! Only one shower/bathroom hook in a very large junior suite, 2 sink bathroom. Otherwise, great stay, great atmosphere
