I didn’t like that the cost of the facility fee was not actually stated or what amenities were included during check-in. You have to pay for late check out starting at $25 and up. The room was spacious and the kitchen was a bonus. Check-in was quick.

Comfortable, quiet, great location to visit NYC

I showed up before 3pm and was very nicely accommodated with an early check-in. The hotel staff all say hi and bye to me as I was coming and going. My room was comfortable and I was glad that it was centrally located so I could walk to all the places I was visiting.

It was a great location by the metro but the a/c didn’t work well. It would time out and stop working so we’d have to get up in the middle of the night and start it again.

It was a great day very easy check-in process and we really enjoyed the easy parking as well. The room is very spacious and has two bathrooms if you get the room that sleeps for so this is amazing especially for the city. The rate was also really affordable considering we booked the night before and the location was phenomenal. So highly recommend this place staff was amazing as well.

The AC was so noisy, though it was super hot and AC was running for whole night, it was too noisy, I felt like there was an engine or a car running beside me, I barely got sleep, I told the front desk the next day morning, they said will have some to fix our AC, but no one came to have it fixed, the same for the second day. Will not recommend this place.

I stayed in the room with the roof deck, and it was so lovely that I didn't want to leave! In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I sent out for my meals as apposed to going to restaurants! I will certainly stay here in the future!

The roomadvertisements was not expected or what I got. The room was small and balcony very small. Thought I had a suite but I had a studio room. Bathroom tub was very dirty mold all over tiles and floor. Windows had mildew all over. No city view even though that is what is said. The view was another building roof alley and trash bird feces all over balcony. I did even shower due to how dirty the shower was. I was very uncomfortable. Will not book again.

Mixed feelings. Is it for you? Maybe.

The walls are in dire need of paint:there are all sorts of dings and stains and yuck on the walls. The light fixture is hung exactly in front of the TV so there's a huge glare on the screen. The bathroom grout in the shower is yuck. I stood on a towel when i showered. I never got hot water morning, afternoon, evening or night. The bed sheet had a 4"×10" piece torn out of it. The balcony loks out o to a bunch of super dirty window of other buildings. It's difficult to tell what the weather is as youre inside an airshaft. The balcony is probably a out 3'×2'. THAT SAID... if you're a smoker (I'm not), that balcony would be really nice. The hotel is within a half block of the subway. The prices were very reasonable. I couldn't hear anyone in any other room once i shut my door (you can in the hall so i now they werent super quiet). Good location in Manhattan. I walked to The Empire State Building, Edge, CVS, food carts, intersections where it would be easy to grab a cab. All in all, i WOULD stay here again, but i would ask for a room without a balcony so i could see out and check the weather, etc. I should also mention that every person i met associated in any way with 32 32 was incredibly polite, helpful and friendly.
