two people were sitting in 10A and 10B seats on the LGA to BUF flight while several other seats were available with no passengers in either seat. I requested that one of us be allowed to move to another unoccupied seat which would have made the two hour flight much more bearable. I am still suffering from messed up shoulders, neck and back from being squished into these seats with my bag in front of me. After a long day flying into LGA from XNA, having a layover and then the final unbearable section of the journey I still had another three and a half hour drive home from Buffalo. The flight could have been better if there had been some flexibility offered to one of the two passengers (myself and the person sitting beside me).
Very happy with Latam
flight was early
Good service overall
I will travel again with DELTA .....
Slightly bothersome to checkin in person after checking in online already
Direct flight was on time and super convenient.
Boarding staff did a great job. All was smooth and quick.
wifi didn't work
Great flight with Air Canada
I have terminal brain cancer and the staff was very helpful getting me into my seat and assisted with my luggage, most airlines won't even though my carryon is under not heavy.
Love Porter. We will be using again. Thank you.
