The room was fine. Expectedly sparse. The bathrooms appeared clean, but the showers were disgusting. The drains were clogged and there were moths everywhere. I would not recommend staying here.

More a hostel than a hotel. Many rooms have no bathrooms so there is a constant sound of doors opening and closing. There was no heat in my room and the front desk said the heat is controlled by the residential units in the building. They obviously chose not to turn on the heat. The outside temperature was 59 degrees and the feels like temperature was 49 due to wind and rain. The price was right but the product was awful.,

Small but great location for the budget-minded. Bathrooms are separate and shared, which can be a plus… six-block walk to Radio City and the theater district, less to the UN, a tiny bit further to MOMA. No complaints!

The location was great and the staff was very welcoming. The check-in process was quick and easy, and I was very happy with my accommodation. I also enjoyed the garden area in the morning. I will definitely be staying here again.

Spotless room & very nice staff. We didn’t get the exact room that we booked (queen) and ended up in a studio instead with two beds, but it was very large & probably would have been more expensive than what we booked. We will definitely stay again!
