Victoria at the front desk was amazing. She helped us with everything we needed and felt like family! The property is in a great location and very nice. I would go back just for Victoria! Good breakfast, very walkable and staff is very accommodating!

I liked the convenient location to the subway. I like the comfortable bed. The negative part is I can hear the next room and vice versa. The room need more hooks to hang things especially for 4 people capacity rooms. The continental breakfast is a hit or miss as during the weekdays, the hot food was hard like a rock.

Great staff and service. This is a "basic" hotel. AC/Heater needed to be turned off for the night - pretty loud. If your neighbor is taking a shower in the next room. You'd have to wait for your turn for hot water... Not sure how common this issue is. Wall noise isolation is minimum.
