We have stayed here many times and it is always a great experience! The staff is so friendly! The location is near quality restaurants and Broadway shows. The rooms are large and clean. We had room-service twice during this stay and the food was excellent! Overall we have not found a better value in NYC!

Compared to the past, disappointing. They are not paying attention to the little touches. No soap in shower dispenser. The lobby restroom in 2nd floor had paper all the over. The gym is very small and had one mat which was in use - so had to use hardwood floor. The toilet paper dispenser in our room was more than an arm’s length away (but did not need to be) creating a toppling risk. Great location and friendly staff. Won’t be returning.

I was a bit disappointed regarding the room we were given. From the pictures I can see that there were other rooms that look refurbished. Ours needed a revamp, including the bathroom; especially compared to others that appear on the site. Other than that, the staff was all very friendly and willing to help

The construction on 51st St. made getting into and out of the hotel difficult. The steps into the building were a problem for a handicapped person. Your staff was very accommodating but I would have avoided the hotel if I knew about the steps in advance
