This hotel is in a perfect location for walking to the major sites to see. From Broadway, 7th ave shopping, times square and central park. The staff treated us like royalty. The concierge was great for getting us reservations anywhere we wanted to go and his recommendations were spot on. Just a great experience.

old classic nyc hotel, our corner room was very clean and comfortable, and super large for nyc standards! the beds were comfortable, linens were quality. separate vanity area from bathroom, walk in closet. good water pressure and handheld shower. the double glazed windows kept it extremely quiet even on 51st and 7th, staff was always pleasant, friendly and professional. an unexpected bargain, very pleased.

We loved The Michelangelo! Our rooms were HUGE and so quiet, despite being so close to Broadway and so many NYC attractions! Special shout out to Shawn at the lobby bar who treated us so kindly! The bell staff were fabulous with directions and securing taxis for us within minutes! We will definitely stay here again!
