The housekeeping staff was truly excellent. That was the only highlight. The front desk was rude and disrespectful. I had to go downstairs multiple times over several days to have my key re-keyed - turns out there was something wrong with the system. The front desk staff could not have been more rude and unhelpful. The hotel itself is not four star; definitely 3 star. Overall, an unpleasant experience for a five-night stay.

Highly recommend. Only drawback we experienced was a somewhat noisy a/c unit, which is ironic because the room got uncomfortably stuffy at night when the a/c unit cycled off. Otherwise, a great hotel and staff.
