My reservation was cancelled with out any notice to me or travelocity. So after I drove almost 7 hours after working all morning and then hauling my luggage two blocks to be told they had cancelled my room and were sold out... but I could walk to their sister hotel a few more blocks away and hopefully get one of the 4 rooms they had left... they told me that my card declined on the site which was totally a lie. I used the same card at the next hotel and it worked perfectly. I’m just upset that I was not notified at all that they had cancelled my room. I ended up booking another place that wasn’t affiliated with this property at all and was beyond happy with the experience there.

Rooms are small the beds were full size so they were smaller. Everything else was pretty good although when we went to the lobby they were completely out of coffee and when I talk to the concierge she didn't seem to intrested in fixing the problem.

my room was very nice & clean . check-in was terrible & being that i just had an 8hr delay at the airport , the last thing i wanted was to arrive & be given attitude & rudeness by the front dest rep Veronica . she didn’t seem to care , wasn’t trying to help (i had special reservations) , asked her several times to look in the notes & she didn’t flinch . Her arms stayed in the same position . she was very rude & unpleasant . she didn’t try to make anything better ! Frank on the other hand was amazing , he was so helpful & did all he could do to make my stay better ! he apologized several times for Veronica & offered vouchers for their bar/lounge/restaurant . i appreciate people like that . THANK YOU FRANK . Arina was another rude person inside their bar/lounge area . i guess because i had vouchers (that Frank gave me) she looked down on me & didn’t treat me with any respect , she told me at first i was only able to use the vouchers on beer but once i read the voucher i asked her again & told her that it doesn’t say that on the voucher , i was actually able to get any drink except martinis & their specialty made drinks. she didn’t check on me , i had to go get her & ask her to come back over to me . it was ridiculous & very unwelcoming !

The hotel itself was nice . The housekeeping staff very nice and did a good job . The check in staff were not pleasing or helpful. The restaurant was unavailable unless you were willing to pat $30 dollars each . You had to receive coffee on the outside of the restaurant and take it away. The breakfast restaurant staff & breakfast cook provided terrible service. The fire alarm went off 6 times in one night and we didn't get ANY sleep by getting up and going out of our rooms . Yet we were charged for the room .

All staff was friendly and professional. There was rust around towel bars in bathroom and doorway. Also, there was a high pitched humming sound the entire time in the room. At first I thought it was a vacuum cleaner near by or construction, but it lasted all night. Floor was quiet and elevators were prompt and fast! Location was great for my purposes! Thank you.
