Michelle at the front desk deserves all the praise. I stayed with my 5 year old daughter and Michelle was so kind and attentive. Her hospitality was absolutely phenomenal and I will come back to this hotel just because of her. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The location is perfect and Planet Hollywood is right next door. Hotel itself offers an onsite restaurant as well. Thank you Hilton, and most importantly thank you Michelle!

Booked a corner room with Great view of Times Square just be aware it’s right next to the elevator so there is some noise but other than that friendly staff and I really enjoyed the daily food/drink credit.
