Great for the price!

Nice pool, was warm even on a cold night. We’ve stayed here before and the room upgrades are very nice. Not perfect but for the price point it is great. Clean beds. Found a few things that weren’t clean, spot on the floor when we had to move the bedside table to reach the plug, what looked like a pee stain on the shower curtain or at least something else that was very yellow. Things that could be easily missed. Floors left a brownish stain on our socks. NBD, wear socks. Other main touch areas were all clean.

Have the pool and access to it through our sliding doors was great however there was a distinct odour in the room, and I found that the hotel was very rundown and not kept up. Staff were great, but just very rundown cracking by the air conditioning and such.

It's an older property, I hope they continue with the upgrades and repairs, it needs it. Not that it's in a shady area because a lot of London seems shady. Staff Great. Restaurant Great.Winow AC for the cooling, not great. Smell of room, not great. Plugs on lamp not working. could not charge phone on tables next to bed.

You get what you paid for I guess. The property could use a bit of upgrading. Room is clean and bed is satisfactory.. walls need cleaning and some decor and not an empty hook where painting or art was once there

I stayed for one night with my family as all the neighbouring hotels were fully booked, and we were absolutely disgusted and disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in our room. There were food crumbs and hair under the beds, dirt in the lamps, and large stains on the walls. The room clearly needs a thorough deep clean, and the walls need scrubbing and repainting. The bathroom was just as bad. There was hair stuck to the shower walls and brown stains on the shower curtain. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable, and we will never stay here again.

The main Street is under major construction. The hotel is under renovations but clean lots of shopping and restaurants in the area.

The price was the reason we chose this hotel. The rooms are in need of a bit of paint. When we asked for a change of towels or bedding the hotel was quick to oblige. Just looks tired.

I did not like the prepardness of the room for two guests. There was only one coffee cup and sugar/ milk for one cup only. We were given two medium bath towels and had to ask for extra towels. The bathroom, in particular, is overdue for an upgrade, especially the door. No bathroom fan. Mould in bathtub corner grout. Online the Knotty Pine restaurant shows a dinner menu. Found out that it is not open for dinner eating. On the plus side, we ate breakfast there, which was satisfying and had good service.

This stay was terrible there were no towels in the room, we stayed for 4 days without room service. Everytime we would ask they will say we don’t have staff for it and we will tell someone to come after 6PM and no one will even come after 6PM. I am kindly asking for my refund, when l went to ask at the front desk they said they would have done it but we booked via third party so we have to ask you guys to refund. The supervisor of the hotel was very nice and that’s all.

The shower head needs some CLR or a new head. The tub faucet is loose and hard to lift up to turn to shower mode. Pillows too hard. The vent that blows air needs cleaning. Restaurant was excellent.

Our room smelled musty, the a/c unit was dusty and loud (at least it worked) you could see stains on the ceiling from water leaks, paint chips All over. The hallways had trim pieces missing, paint peeing and cracking. I would not recommend this hotel.
