The room itself was good except the door stuck so it was hard to open and close. Also the wifi didn"t work. Staff was excellent to deal with. Restaurant was good.

The room with dirty. Bathroom vent was furry with years of dust. Floor was not swept and strands of hair still by the tub. Only 2 bath towels provided - no hand towels or wash cloths. Only half of the main door lock was there. Patio door didn’t lock properly. Walls were dirty. Only 1 coffee package provided plus an empty package. The contents of the package were still in the coffee maker. All the front desk clerk could say was “sorry”.

Bullet holes in the wall where the pictures were over the , had no grab rails in shower ,mold in caulking around tub, curtains that didnt fit patio door ,ripped had to use garbage can and chair to hold curtains back, no instuction on wifi tv, fridge,, no cups in bathroom . The hall to room was not vacuumed once in my four night stay. The door to the outside had a crack head in first room beside entrance and garbage cans overflowing and all kinds of garbage in parking lot.

Staff seemed fine at check in. Walking to the room we were surprised to see paint on the carpets everywhere in the hall, paint was thin and poorly applied, doorways to rooms damaged. Room was okay… curtain falling off the rail, no fan in the bathroom, and the funniest was the double mattresses balanced on single bed frames! My 16 year old son is 6’5” so this was an issue. Bedsheets were clean and the beds more comfortable than we thought they’d be :)

Room was in rough shape, bathroom needs a retrofit, door was poorly repaired and the tub was not painted with an acrylic paint which is why paint is peeling off. Shower controls need repaired or replaced.

The staff were lovely, but the room and hallways were in sad shape. Things were clean enough, but there were many half started paint projects that hadn't been finished, the lamps needed new shades, and a piece of metal trim on the head board had been pulled back. The place just needs some TLC.
