Great hotel - clean, modern with great amenities and a super convenient location. The room was surprisingly not small for a NYC hotel. The staff at the front desk were amazing - so friendly and helpful.

Location was perfect for me and checking in and out was fast and easy. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The room and common areas was very clean. The only problem I had was with the room. Our AC unit was very loud and leaving it on auto it kicked on and off a lot making it hard to sleep. When you turn it off the room gets stuffy quickly. The king bed was just two twin beds put together and the mattress was also uncomfortable and after awhile part of my body was starting to sink in. Between the bed and AC unit we could not get a good nights sleep.

Staff were extremely thoughtful, went above and beyond. Room was definitely clean and we had a great view on the 27th floor. Enjoyed the little couch / table in our room which made it feel more like a suite than just a bedroom. Of course super accessible to everything easy walk from the 4/6 train thru Grand Central

Roughly our fifth time there, which tells you that it is five star. Joshua at check-in was top drawer. As are all the staff, but he made it flawless. The bathrooms here are always so clean it is delightful. And, as they say, the location is just great. We'll come again.
