Hello! Our recent stay at Yotel NYC was excellent, small, but not abnormal for NYC. Very efficient use of space, super clean w/up to date touches of technology that really upgrade the entire stay. We were very impressed & enjoyed our stay immensely. Will be our go to if we visit NYC again!

The hotel is out dated, the rooms have wear and tear, seems to not be renewed. The hotel restaurant menu isnt the best. Its the type of hotel you stay at if you dont really care about your room / amenities, and just need a place to lay down. Benefit is, its in the middle of alot.

Me prometieron habitaciones contiguas, no me la dieron. Me prometieron mini fridge, no me lo dieron. La.maquina de hielo no está disponible en todos los pisos, y en muchos de ellos, no funciona. Debi usar el tacho de basura como heladera, porque el contenedor para el hielo era mínimo. A mis hermanas les dieron una habitación, con el aire acondicionado roto, que solo emitía calor, luego de discutir fuertemente, les dieron otra habitación, pero a los días. Algunos de los hombres que trabajan para el servicio de maletas, bastante descortéses.

A pesar de tener un sistema informativo para auto checking qué nunca les funciona o tieneb problemas varios para hacer el registro ( ya me pasó en Miami, ahora en New York), pudieron darme la bienvenida de forma cordial y profesional. Lamentablemente el hotel, no cumplió con nada de lo acordado previamente. No me dieron las habitaciones contiguas, no me dieron el mini fridge, la.maquina de hielo no está disponible en todos los pisos, y mayormente está rota. Tampoco hay cafetera en la habitación.

Loved the location of the hotel . Lobby was very welcoming & felt clean. I don’t have much complaints about the room other than the fact it’s out dated. I feel like renovations definitely need to happen to make the rooms fit the look of the lobby . My room was actually beautiful with a beautiful view but everything in it needs to be updated. Beds, bathrooms & decor. Over all stay was amazing, everything went very smooth. I was able to do an early check in. Everyone was helpful & very welcoming.

I was forced to check in early because I didn’t have cash to pay for storage of my baggage. I asked if I could use the robot and was told no. I had to pay a $60 early check in.
