AC in room was not working, lighting in room was not working, view outside our window was full of stains so couldn’t get the best view of the city that we paid for, staff was very rude upon arrival and not helpful. in order for bags to be taken care of up front, you have to pay an unexpected fee in cash only.

The room was small but clean, and it had everything I needed, plus the view was really nice. The area around the bus station isn't the nicest, but on the plus side the Newark express bus leaves right around the corner which was really handy.
