Amazing Hotel! The staff is very friendly and kind. The check in and checkout process is very easy. It’s at a good spot the bus is right around the corner if you don’t feel like walking. The room is very nice for the price. Highly recommend if you are coming to visit. The bus terminal is also very close.

Clean room, great location, nice view, quiet rooms, onsite restaurant/bar, vending machines and chargers vending machine a plus. Not every ice machine works on each floor, had to go looking for one. They didn’t respond my text message to get toilet paper.

Had to change room as bed broke, new room was still date. rooms with functions not avalible/ poor condition. Staff service poor, they would deal with other guests when you were raising an issue. On last day I got up and some of the covers had come away, the stains on the mattress turned my stomach!

Hello! Our recent stay at Yotel NYC was excellent, small, but not abnormal for NYC. Very efficient use of space, super clean w/up to date touches of technology that really upgrade the entire stay. We were very impressed & enjoyed our stay immensely. Will be our go to if we visit NYC again!
