I was very disappointed with my stay. For a room that cost over $500 per night, the bed was extremely small, I could barely fit on it comfortably. Early in the morning, a cleaning staff member opened the door and entered while I was still inside the room, which was very uncomfortable and unacceptable. After staying up late exploring New York, I was unable to sleep afterward because of the disturbance. Overall, this was a terrible experience and definitely not worth the price.

The room was a perfect size and at the right cost. The room was also clean. My biggest complaint was the "fake" complimentary gym. They promote their partnership with puregym...but the app never worked and therefore I wasn't able to work out during my stay.

The room was very clean. Small, as expected, but they did a great job making a very small space functional. In the first room I was assigned (305) the air vents were INSANELY loud. It made me wonder if it's called Pod not b/c of the small space but b/c it sounded like I was in a pod of a rocket ship during launch. But then they moved me and the new room was quiet and dark and perfect. Great (strong!) martini at the attached restaurant bar, too.

Perfect stay! I was upgraded to a queen size bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. On checkout day they also offered luggage hold. I was able to leave my bags and keep exploring the city without hauling it around! Will stay again!
