Skirt not worth it. Staff was inattentive and unorganized. The room was nice but not very clean. The breakfast is crazy and way too small for how many people come to eat. The elevators will have you late to everything, expect to wait up to 20 min during the morning hours and 10 during regular

FYI that the hotel charges $30/room/night for an 'Urban fee.' You do get a $30 credit for the hotel bar/restaurant from 5-10pm. I found this to be a very frustrating fee as I don't want to eat at a hotel bar for dinner when I am in NYC. We had 2 rooms for 4 nights so I was changed an extra $60 per day for nothing in return. Additionally, it looks like they also charged for the coffee pods. I picked this hotel for the included breakfast. In retrospect, I wish I would have looked around more. This was our 1st time coming to NYC. As a family of 5, it is an expensive vacation. Maybe every other hotel in NYC does the same thing but I was surprised as other Embassy Suites we have stayed at didn't have this fee. Embassy Suites is usually great for our family but this location has soured me on the chain.

Great hotel, very nice, clean, and comfortable bedroom. Central location, very convenient. They offer complementary drink in the afternoon and the resolrt fee uncludes up to $30 to use with its restaurant (i did not expect this, thank you)
