Stayed at Embassy Suites Time Square for 5 days with just my daughter and I. We loved the breakfast selection and made to your order. Plus loved the free evening snacks and drinks plus the $30 credit that I was charged, whether I used it or not, so we used it on desserts!

The staff here is amazing!! The amenities are fantastic!! The room was small but very clean and updated!! The view was spectacular. This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve been to in NY. The staff really shines here. Ignacio the bartender Adam the concierge the ladies at the front desk the ladies during happy hour and housekeeping all just wonderful. I don’t hav a single complaint about this place.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Very convenient location and great staff. Property showed some wear and tear and lack of maintenance but was fairly clean. Elevators were very slow and seemed inadequate for the size of the building. Breakfast and happy hour food was okay. Be sure to add Urban domestic charge of $30+ per day. Property offered a $30 a day credit to offset but you must be at the hotel in the evening and the $ does not go very far. Like the rest of New York, the price of food and drinks was very high. Bottle of domestic beer was $14.
