Absolutely horrible!!!! Absolutely horrible. The management at this property the management at this property the management at this property are absolute monsters! I am sick and injured and even with coverage they would not cancel my reservation and charged me anyway! Disgusting!!!!!!!!!!! There are so many beautiful places in New York City, avoid this monstrosity tourist trap!

First off, the staff were pretentious and unfriendly (bar the bellman, Paul, who was a delight). A room service tray was left outside our room for more than a day - hygiene practices definitely come into question! The bottle of body wash broke off the wall in the shower and was not repaired during our stay. Very disappointing. Not worth the money spent, that is for sure.
