The front desk was super friendly. The room was way bigger than I expected. TV in the room was a Fire tv so I was able to log into Netflix and Spotify. Overall, a great hotel. Location is only 5 minute walk to the nearest subway station. Highly recommend

Everytime I book a stay, Facondo and melisa, and their team are their to take care of me and it shows. The rooms are some of the biggest hotel rooms in Manhattan, and at night the area is quiet..for NYC. Spectacular location. Spectacular service. I book here every time Im in NYC, which has been going on 5 years straight. I finally decided not to be dumb and become a member this year in march, and I have stayed at this hotel so many times I am about to be a gold member. If you want feel like a new Yorker and not a traveler, this is your hotel.
