Beautiful hotel on the upper west side, with tons of charm and character, and was very clean. A convenient location to explore from but also a nice repreave from the bustle of the city. I would definitely return next time we're in NYC.

Quirky room categories. Even though I booked a Premier King room , it still did not come with a fridge and was quite small. Some minor maintenance issues with the room, wobbly lamp, bathroom door hard to close and inconsistent hot water in the shower. Liked the breakfast vouchers for the bakery. .

A lovely hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. Very close to two subways that serve Downtown Manhattan including 42nd St, Penn Station for Empire State Building and South Ferry for Statue of Liberty.

Non-existent sound insulation ruined a great stay

I could hear every breath and sigh in the hallway from the room. Im glad I brought my own earplugs otherwise it would’ve been unbearable. It would have been an excellent stay otherwise.
