I had a fantastic stay! The customer service was outstanding—every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to make my visit as comfortable as possible. From the smooth check-in process to helpful recommendations on nearby attractions, they went above and beyond. One of the best parts of staying here was the location. The hotel is conveniently close to New York’s top Christmas attractions, making it the perfect spot for a holiday getaway. Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park’s Winter Village, and the magical holiday window displays on Fifth Avenue were all just a short walk away. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines excellent service with easy access to the festive charm of NYC during the holidays, this is a great choice. I’ll definitely be returning!

Dear Hotel Management, While I appreciate the central location and the view of the Empire State Building, I found the overall experience lacking in a few areas. The room was small and the bed was uncomfortable, and unfortunately, the quality of the bed linens was not up to expectations. Additionally, the rooftop bar felt quite small and unwelcoming, which was a disappointment. As a boutique hotel, I also felt it lacked the unique personality and charm I was hoping for. Apart from the view and location, there wasn't much that stood out during my stay.
