This is a very clean property to stay at. It is super close to chinatown, little italy, soho. Just perfect as far as location. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Perfect for my husband and I. The rooms are small but hey its NYC.

The area is very conveniently located near many restaurants and parking garages. The room was the smallest room we have ever stayed at in NY. Understanding that NY rooms are typically small, this was extremely small. There were also some stains on the bed frame that were questionable. Other than that, the room as very clean.

Nice small hotel. No real services to speak of. Had to get ice at front desk. No room service. Restaurant was minimal and not open except for dinner on some nights. Absolutely tiniest room I have ever had in a hotel including others in NYC. Felt like it was about 150 sq ft of space. No room for anything at all.
