Extremely disappointing. First of all, whoever designed the bathrooms for a room with two twin beds in it was a moron. The shower wall is completely see through and the door does not close all the way. There was also mold in the shower and we killed a few cockroaches as well. Additionally, the room was extremely noisy. The giant window in the room was paper thin and we could hear everything going on in the street/at the roof bar despite being on the 11th floor. One night there were two people screaming at each other in the hallway from 2:30am to 4am. To top it off, when we checked out the fire alarms were going off for no reason so all of the elevators were down and we had to carry our luggage down 11 flights of stairs and when we got to the lobby the stairs had put us inside the bar with the doors locked. Some worker in a suit then had the audacity to act like we had done something wrong instead of just unlocking the door for us. Definitely would not recommend this place despite the excellent location.

Rooms are always clean, great for 1 person and no more than a carryon suitcase. I’d recommend a higher level room for a better view when staying in a queen room. My go-to quick trip hotel!

Hotel interiors fantastic and staff very kind and helpful. Think the rooms could do with a coffee machine / kettle ! We also were upgraded to a loft with park view which was very kind, except for the fact you can hear all the traffic noise from the road.
