Couldn’t sleep for 4 nights with the club downstairs plus people fighting outside the hotel There is no noise cancellation on the windows and staff was not accommodating when I asked to be change with a room in the back…the manager on duties actually asked me if I wanted to check out…! Finally the last two days they moved us in the back of the building The worst experience ever

Everything fantastic besides the WiFi was down trying to check into the hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Some people were waiting a longer time. I wish they had comped us a free drink at the bar. Roof top was very nice and cozy. Staff was super friendly. Can’t wait to return

This is my favorite hotel in NY. You don't have to leave the property because they have great restaurants, bars, coffee, and a club. The staff are friendly and helpful.

air con didn’t work for the first 3 days, even after calling front desk. engineer was rude when he came to fix and used bathroom. bed sheets were dirty and there was someone else’s previous pink star pimple patches on the side of the table after i checked in, so was not cleaned well. wifi did not work for awhile and would also disconnect frequently.

Run down noisy property with poor showers

Dark, uncomfortable hotel. Loud noise blasting throughout every public space. No water pressure in showers and it kept alternating between hot and scalding. Poor room controls and every time you turn on light the curtain goes up regardless of whether one wants it or not. A/C not working well. No quiet place for zoom calls. One of the worst hotels I have stayed in for this price. Lobby is full of bunch of kids like a wework space.

This was a lovely hotel and the room was quite spacious for New York! We had a loft so the windows were large with automatic shades. it was great. The rooftop bar was fun (went during the day) and the coffee shop made a great latte. The hotel was very modern and had lots of places to sit and get some work done with both private spaces and where groups could meet. The area around the hotel was full of shops and restaurants. My only downside was all the pets, I am a dog person so I don't mind but a few of the elevators did smell.
