Our stay was Perfect. Our suite was roomy and the hotel is in a Great Location. Everyone was Exceptionally Friendly and Helpful. The Bellmen need to be rewarded for the job they do. They are The Face of The Kimberly, greeting every guest with a smile. Ralph does a Great Job!!! We will Most Certainly be back. The balcony was a nice upgrade in New York. The executive suite was so roomy and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! The service was impeccable! Will definitely return.

Room furnishings are somewhat dated in appearance, but rooms are very large, it comes equipped with a mini kitchen, and location is great—central in Manhattan and within a block of subway station. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

This was our second time staying here at this hotel. The staff was kind, courteous, and very helpful. Our room (Deluxe King) was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
