Our room was very clean and spacious but it was VERY noisy all night. I was traveling with my 6 year old son and had to call the front desk twice at midnight due to noisy neighbors. The first time I called I waited 15 minutes and security still had not arrived. They did arrive after the 2nd call but we were also near the elevators and were awakened every 10 minutes by loud people getting off the elevator until 2 am. Not a family-friendly property.

Good location, staff was nice. Drain in tub was clogged so the tub filled with water while you showered. Toilet ran entire time we stayed. Ordered breakfast (room service option through coupon handed out at checkin) and it was awful. Eggs were dried out and stuck to plate. Sausage and potatoes were tasteless. Presentation was lovely but had i paid the $87 price tag shown on the invoice for two orders, i would have sent it back.

I didn't like that there was no pool or hot tub. The housekeeping people knocked on our door at 9 am to come clean our room and we had late check out. They kept coming back every 30 mins after and I couldn't sleep in. Otherwise the check in staff was pleasant and the room was clean. The LCL restaurant staff was great and drinks were on point.
