The conceirge ataff was excellent. Sandra and Luis were outstanding. I had some small requests that they took care of promptly, including flower delivery and restaurant reservations. One of the manages on duty while I was there, a woman whose name I unfortunately can’t recall, was very gracious with me an my guest, and made us few at home throughout our stay.

We had a lovely stay. Room was clean. Had a great view of the Empire State Building. We have stayed in Times Square previously and found this location to be a lot quieter at night. Grand Central station minutes away, 20 minute walk to Times Square or Macy’s. Overall really enjoyed our stay, breakfast was very nice we also used the cafe next door which we would also recommend.

We received the room without towels upon arrival. On the second day, only three towels were provided even though the room was booked for four guests. In addition, the breakfast is overpriced for what is offered.

On arrival at 11:30pm, the room had only a king bed and a small sofa—no sofa bed. Promised extra bedding never arrived, so my son, my wife, and I (all around 6'0", with my son 16) were forced to share a single king bed the first night. The next day, the manager moved us to a 2-queen room. The first night, which was the highest-priced ($655.20), was only partially compensated with a $200 adjustment. The first night caused significant inconvenience.
