The room was not worth the $315 a night I paid for. The door to the bathroom didn't shut, and there was no ventilation in the bathroom, which meant that when you took a hot shower(In December), it was extremely humid and just made everything all wet. The staff was nice but the room was not worth that much. Maybe $200 but thats it.

We had clean room, good security. The trattoria restaurant was excellent. The breakfast at Tic Tok restaurant were big. Please notice the Hotel, our room get cold to soon, the cold filtered inside the room 1984, when the windows were closed. We felt the wind coming inside. We could administrate the temperature of the air conditioner so we did had the possibility of warming the room. We asked for a room with queen bed, but they gave us a full size bed. (we did not complained about it.)

Dear [Hotel Name] Management, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations due to the extremely poor room conditions and lack of proper sound isolation. Out of the three nights I stayed, it was impossible to sleep for two nights because someone in the adjacent room was constantly coughing throughout the night. The room’s poor insulation made it impossible to rest, and despite my complaints to the front desk, no solution was offered until the third night — when I was finally moved to another room where I could sleep properly. I understand that the hotel was fully booked, but this situation significantly affected my stay and overall experience. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and consider a partial refund or some form of compensation for the two nights during which I was unable to sleep. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but unfortunately our room wasn’t clean upon check-in. They did move us to a different room, which I appreciated, though I felt the photos online looked nicer than what we actually got. Not a great first impression after a very long travel day. The food downstairs at the restaurant was great, but the room keys kept deactivating throughout our stay. I had to go to the front desk 3–4 times for replacements. Overall, it was an okay stay, convenient location and fine for the time being, as other hotels were sold out or I would have switched. I probably wouldn’t stay here again if you’re looking for an above okay hotel.
