The room was not worth the $315 a night I paid for. The door to the bathroom didn't shut, and there was no ventilation in the bathroom, which meant that when you took a hot shower(In December), it was extremely humid and just made everything all wet. The staff was nice but the room was not worth that much. Maybe $200 but thats it.

We had clean room, good security. The trattoria restaurant was excellent. The breakfast at Tic Tok restaurant were big. Please notice the Hotel, our room get cold to soon, the cold filtered inside the room 1984, when the windows were closed. We felt the wind coming inside. We could administrate the temperature of the air conditioner so we did had the possibility of warming the room. We asked for a room with queen bed, but they gave us a full size bed. (we did not complained about it.)

Super noisy all day and night. There’s a rooftop bar across the street that played loud club music until 3:30am. We were on the 19th floor and could hear it very clearly. The front seat suggested I walk to cvs at 11pm to get ear plugs. The walls and windows must be paper thin. Could hear sirens and traffic starting around 8am. Would not recommend unless you are a very heavy sleeper or come with your own earplugs

When we entered the room, there was a steady drip from a vent in the ceiling. It was fixed before we got back from dinner, but the rug was wet, causing us to slip several times on the tile in the bathroom because our feet were wet. A/C did not adjust, but, thankfully, it was not overly hot in the room. BUT, the staff was helpful, the beds were comfortable, and the location is within a block from the trains and Madison Square Garden--right where we needed to be.

Nice Place

Everyhthing was really close staff was wonderful. We didnt use the wifi. It will be nice when they get their remodel done no fridges or microwaves in rooms. The TV is all digital over the air waves channels not that that was a big thing we only used it at nivht for noise to drowned out the sound of the sirens. We would stay here again for sure!!!

The hotel was great location wise. Once I arrived I was told about $150 hold (3nights) that turns into a service fee you don’t get back once you check out. The room keys didn’t work the first night and according to security and other guests that’s common. There’s three restaurants in the hotel as well but I didn’t eat there

The room was large, especially for NYC! There was even a walk in closet! Room was comfortable and staff was exceptionally friendly. Three restaurants are located on the street level for convenience. Subway station was just steps away from the entrance. Great location for exploring the city.

Be careful to leave things in the room! Intially we were very pleased since they allow us to check in early. We were taking friends from another country to see NY. After 31/2h train ride it was very nice to be in the rooms early. Then, we realized the rooms had no view at all so requested a better room. Luckily there was "better view" rooms available within less than 2 hours we were in the new room. I accidentally left my denim jacket in the closet of the orignal room but did not realized it until the same afternoon of arrival when the weather got cold.I called the front desk, talked to housekeeping and they directed me to their lost and found who never called me back even after several calls until the day we checked out. Very unfortunate that within 2 hours of transferring to another room let alone on the same floor and them cleaning the previous room for the next guest NOBODY saw my jacket??! Very Disappointing.
