Excellent location and staff. The hotel is as described. It's efficient and easy and a good value for the location. If you come and realize it's not luxury, but rather great value for the price, you will be satisfied. I requested a room away from the street to avoid the noise, and it was very quiet. The only issue I noticed is that the room doors are heavy and slam quite loudly in the hallway. Otherwise, not a single issue.

Clean room, great housekeeping service. Bell service was great, also had the option of airport transfer for a fee which was easy to book and efficient. Front desk female staff gave us great customer service, others not so great though. Rooms were a good size, rooftop bar was lovely, lobby was extremely small and always busy, rooms also had no view.

Location was great— between 6th and 7th Avenues. There are grocery stores on both sides (Whole Foods on 7th; Fairway on 6th) that were walking distance. Beds were firm and comfortable. Fridge in room was cold enough. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. I am giving 4 stars because of the bathroom. The bathroom was a little dated. The hot water temperature varied— it seemed that the temperature fluctuated based on whether other guests were showering as well. One minute it felt warm enough, then the temperature is lowered and then it rises again.

The hotel was OK Just the Cleaning Service did not refill the shampoo and conditioner bottles, which were empty and didn’t replenish the coffee area. We had a call multiple times for them to come bring stuff. This should be all done and look over before the cleaning is done.

Our comfort sheets had mold. There were no ice machines on any floors. There was a small ice machine in the gym. Very expensive hotel for such bad issues.
