Our room was not ready for 4 HOURS after it was supposed to be. Check in was at 3 pm,and we got there at 5 pm. They said it wasn’t ready and should be done by 6 pm so we just decided to wait there. It wasn’t done until 7 pm and we had to get ready for dinner in the lobby bathroom where we waited for 2 hours. They refunded me a measly $100 for the inconvenience. Then when we got to our room at 10:30 pm it did not have the pull out couch that it was supposed to have so there was nowhere to sleep for 2 people. I put 6 people on the reservation and it was supposed to be a “family suite” so it should have had that in addition to the 2 queen beds. When I called to get it figured out the woman I spoke to said there should be a pull out couch and would send housekeeping to show me how to open it. When housekeeping got there he confirmed that it was not a pull out couch. I then had to call to figure out what to do. Their only solution was to charge me another $275 to upgrade to 2 connecting rooms. I said I wasn’t interested in spending any more money and to please find me the room that I had booked with a pull out couch. She said that wasn’t possible as they didn’t have any more. I asked for the 2 connecting rooms offered at no additional charge and she refused which was insane to me as they literally did not have what I paid for. At 11 PM with 4 exhausted kids we paid for the 2 connecting rooms so we could get some sleep. The next night one of the kids sp

This hotel’s location is unbeatable. Lots of things to do around the hotel and prime location if you plan on watching lots of broadway shows. The staff was friendly. The rooms was super clean upon arrival, the housekeeping during the stay was fine not amazing.

This property and location was amazing. The staff was always on point very helpful very accommodating. The hotel health is gorgeous wonderful restaurants and bar bars on property. The walk capability of this hotel was fantastic.

The hotel is at a prime location, but that comes with a cost: noise. The lower floors are very noisy; earplugs are recommended 😁 . The grab and go breakfast is meh, Carve down the block is much better. There was an issue with the heater in our first room and the hotel gracefully exchanged us to a higher floor room.

Guys Never ever book hotel from expedia, They charged me full balance in advance and didn't allow me for early checkout refund. Its entirety un ethnic and unfair. Every hotel has early check out option but if you book from expedia you lost your money. Ever they charged me for service for the day I even didn't stay .

Some of the staff was good but Marcos at the front desk was rude. The rooms had no fridges and you had to request one PRIOR to your stay if you wanted one. The building was so outdated and had a weird odor in the room. The TV wasn't working properly and the staff said its been an issue for days. The lighting was terrible in the room also. We will not stay here again. Wasn't worth the price
