Felt very safe, good location, clean, housekeeping was excellent, beds were comfortable, despite construction going on outside, it was pretty quiet. Air conditioning is very loud, when it cycles on and off, wakes you up at night. Also, no shower door so the floor stays wet, you put down towels to catch the water and make it safe, so then you step on wet towels everytime you are in the bathroom. For $550 a night, I feel this is totally unacceptable.

We booked our room and it was a bit smaller than we had anticipated, but would’ve been perfect for just me and my wife. we brought our six-year-old with us to experience NYC at Christmas, the hotel staff did everything to accommodate us to switch our room to a larger double queen bed at minimal cost,, have stayed here several times and will go back.

I was very disappointed in the overall condition of the hotel and our room. We checked in very late Thursday night after a long day of travel and were met with a room that had a strong odor of smoke and something unpleasant, some of our towels had a foul odor and others did not, and the beds were made with just a flat sheet placed over the mattress no other sheets were used to make the bed. We immediately contacted Expedia to get out of our stay but they said we had to contact you, we went to the front desk and were told to contact Expedia. After going back and forth it was past midnight and my children needed to sleep even though we felt extremely uncomfortable. We spent the whole next day of our vacation trying to get out of our stay at your establishment but no one on your staff would pick up a call or return a call to Expedia so we ended up leaving and paying for another hotel for the remainder of our vacation. The photos and reviews listed did not meet what we witnessed, and the outrageous amount that was charged for a holiday weekend would have been better spent anywhere else in the city. We are frequent travelers domestically and abroad and I have never encountered a hotel room of this condition, nor have I never left a negative review of a room but I feel compelled to save anyone the disappointment. I would never return nor refer anyone here.
