We booked our room and it was a bit smaller than we had anticipated, but would’ve been perfect for just me and my wife. we brought our six-year-old with us to experience NYC at Christmas, the hotel staff did everything to accommodate us to switch our room to a larger double queen bed at minimal cost,, have stayed here several times and will go back.

The tiny room was clean & staff was courteous. However, the room was much darker as far as the lighting & the Queen size bed seemed to actually be a Full-size bed. There was only enough towels for one person & I had to ask for another set to accommodate the reservation for two people.

We check in...our suite balcony was locked, and wasnt rain. I asked the bottle wine twice by phone... And than i noticed we dont have fridge in the room...Really? a suite, expensive room without a fridge? i called and the sent one...them the AC wasnt work, they send someone to check .they came and fix...but the noise the ac all night was terrible...We stay at Edison Hotel since i was 3 years old with my parents, but this time was the worse experience ever...We left in the morning to another and better hotel .

Hotel was nice. My room bathroom had a water leak after I showed and it was so bad that I had to put a lot of towels down to catch the water. I told the staff, but no one ever came to fix the issue.

The first room we were allocated (Kind bed sized room) on the 3rd floor was lack of coffee maker, hand soap and no window view even though we upgraded from the queen sized room we previously stayed last year. Paying more actually ended up with worse room. We complained and on the next day, we were reallocated to the other room on the 16th floor which was better than the previous one but it was in front of the lifts and noisy. Worst of all, the new room has some kind of infestation and both of us were badly bitten by mosquitoes that required medication.

Room was comfortable but on the small side. Complimentary snacks, wine and water were a nice touch. This hotel is very busy but efficient with friendly staff. Breakfast options were limited but yummy. We were out a lot and didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel. Ideal location for Broadway shows and metro access. Would stay again.

Great location and a fun historic building. This is a very busy hotel with lots of hustle and bustle but it seems to work efficiently. Room was very comfortable and pretty spacious for NYC. We will hope to stay here again on our next trip into town.
