Breakfast was great. A lighting problem in the bathroom was promptly repaired. Overall the lighting was inadequate for people over 60! Room was clean and quiet. Location was good.

Nice area, within 15 minute walk of central park. Bedroom was comfortable. Elevators were slow and small. Breakfast was good. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely clean room, it was overlooking the main road so not able to open the curtains to enjoy the light, but the room did what we needed. Breakfast was very good and had a wide range of options and was fully stocked. It was a very busy breakfast area but as expected. The hotel was located close to the park and a good spot for people who like to walk as it was a few blocks away from a subway. I would recommend.

Great location. Very clean and new feeling. Rooms (by New York standards) not too small! Great views. Just a few minutes to walk to Columbus Circle and Central Park. Generous and well cared for breakfasts. Our ONLY complaint (as we had read about this beforehand) is that there are only two elevators, and they run VERY slowly; so you can easily wait awhile for it to come to your floor, and sometimes a very slow journey up and down as it ponderously wonders about how slowly it can open and close its doors. There is a sign saying that it is slow for safety reasons, but it truly is unusually slow. Apart from this however, no complaints at all and would gladly stay here again.
