This was the worst service I ever received from HYATT. I will not be staying here again - the location was perfect! Too bad the service was meh and the rooms were very dirty.

Hotel very convenient and nicely appointed. My room specifically had a queen bed instead of the king promised, and no overhead shower, only handheld - it was ADA compliant but i think most folks prefer both showerheads. Food in the garden cafe very expensive as is to be expected, but i was told i had a $15 credit which did not materialize on my invoice.

This property was clean, had friendly staff, and we felt safe. Our room was much roomier than expected. We were in close walking distance to Midtown sites and Times Square. Enjoyed our trip to NYC, and staying at the Hyatt Grand Central was part of that.

A bit dated but clean. Stayed there 10 years ago and nothing has changed. The executive lounge was well staffed with very nice people but very weak selection of snacks and drinks with a pay option for wine and beer. The keys to anccess the lounge did not work on many occasions. Also rooms were not equipped well. There was no body wash in the container and no amenities like shower and small face towels.

Staff very courteous, Room was clean, no bath mat for shower or wash clothes in the room. Had a hard time getting the water hot, was sufficient, not hot.
