Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Plan for at least an additional 15 minutes in the morning to leave on the elevator. Room could use some updates and there was plenty of space for a chair. Booked this hotel specifically because it stated breakfast but that was not provided.

One thing I like about this hotel is that it is convenient to the theatres and Times Square. The hotel is safe but is in need of updating. The rooms are dated and the hallways need some TLC. The floor where my room was located, was just dingy. When I arrived at my room on the first night, there was a glass of half drank water sitting on the bathroom counter. Housekeeping does a good job of checking to see if fresh towels are needed or trash needs to be removed. Again, I only like this hotel for the location. Please update to make it a great place to stay!

Poor check in experience and bad service

I didn’t stay for the night. I had problem trying to check in early due to the deep freeze cold weather. I arrived around 11am but I was told the room was not available. I mentioned willing to pay additional fee but they said to call me when the room is available. I went to eat lunch and returned around 1:30 but still was told the same comment. I do understand the check in time is 4 pm but I had scheduled meeting at 3 pm . They said will call me again unfortunately I waited till 6pm after my meeting still no call to inform me the room is available. I had another meeting again during the dinner time and need to flying out at 1am for unexpected issues… so I ended up didn’t checking in in person and follow-up my room..I know the room was prepaid. I am not asking for any refund but the hotel front desk staff was nasty when answering customer concerns and did not resolved customer problem.. I told her I am willing to pay extra money just let me check in because the weather was bad bitterly cold.. no place to hang out during outdoor temperature.. very bad experience .. I have been traveling alots never dealt with the situation and hotel like this one…

O still have yet to recieve my deposit back and i have pictures of the room so i know it wasnt destroyed and all we did was sleep. The staff was ok not above and being and no rooms were ready due to a large group checking in took prescidence over everyone else but super clean property the heat works but the cool air does not and we were advised to shut off the heater and open the windows we got a really good view on the 36th floor though so good and bad
