The location of this property was great, right around the corner from Times Square. The staff was really nice, check in and out was easy. House cleaning did a great job The room itself was outdated. The rug looked dirty and some of the furniture was broken. The room was disappointing. I would not stay here again.

The room looks much better in picture. Everything looks like it hasn’t been updated in 20 years. Staff was great, very friendly. Got charged an extra $208 after checkout. Would have given less stars if the staff wasn’t so friendly.

The staff was wonderful, the area of the hotel was perfect! But the room I was in looked totally different from what I viewed online. The ones online I guess are the updated rooms, my room was giving motel vibes.

Hotel has a great location, comfortable beds, and an outstanding Irish Bar across the street( Connollys) if you book in advance and avoid peak months, the price is reasonable too.. Concierge staff are always helpful with directions and suggestions Plus, there is a Starbucks next door for morning coffee

Great place for the price. It’s an older hotel so it’s not super fancy but it’s also not run down. It was clean staff was nice and we had a pretty good view of time square. Pretty good restaurants in walking distance, was able to walk to our Broadway show, summit one, 5th ave, Central Park & ofc time square. A good place to stay to hit the main tourist attractions in the area
