As of late, this is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. There was daily cleaning and the housekeeping staff was extremely nice and courteous. The gentleman who checked our bags in early was so nice. ( We arrived early in the morning and didn't want to walk around with our luggage). Front desk was just as nice and hospitable. This was a rare stay as the employees were not all on their phones and the customer was truly the priority! Kudos to you all! This will definitely be a go to hotel when I'm back in the city.

The staff was excellent, super helpful! We stayed on the 12th floor ~ first night was fine, the second night there were people on the floor banging around, loud in the hallways and just plain obnoxious! Other than that the stay was fine!

Staff and service were fine. The hot water in the bathtub was not clear. It had a smoky color . The lighting was minimal and one lamp didn’t work. The lobby was horrible, dirty furniture and minimal decor . I had guests from out of the U. S. and they and we were not impressed at all for this being a Hilton property, very disappointing . Hilton certainly did not live up to its name .
