PROS: Our room was very clean, beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. We had a deluxe suite with two queen beds and it was very spacious. Linens were good quality. Breakfast was very nice (albeit expensive) with lots of all you can eat options. CONS: In desperate need of updating. Carpet was very worn with bleach stains on it (it was very clean otherwise). Outlets were so worn out that they would not hold a plug, making it hard to charge multiple devices. Coffee maker was missing the drawer that held the pod, making it unusable, and when another one was requested, it was not replaced (however, more coffee was delivered - wondering if there was a language barrier issue). Had we stayed longer, I would have just taken the coffee maker itself down to the front desk, but it was not a huge concern to us. As mentioned above, breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast with numerous self-serve options, but it was ridiculously expensive and required you to be seated by a hostess to have access.

I was unimpressed with the service. We called down to ask for toilet paper and it took 1 1/2 hours to bring it up. Our phone was broken and when I tried to adjust the plug due to it buzzing every ten seconds all night, it shocked me and fell into the wall. Also, I haven’t stayed in a hotel that doesn’t have a fridge for a decade. When staying in NYC, it is important to have a place to keep leftovers fresh. The location is amazing, but I will probably choose a different hotel next time

Everything was absolutely incredible! The staff, the hotel, the atmosphere, etc. Was absolutely a 10/10! The pictures online do it no justice! If I ever come back to New York, I will for sure stay at the Westin Times Square.
